The payment processing fee covers credit card and PayPal transaction fees
to ensure the full item amount is successfully paid to the seller.

Offline Personal Shopping Fee

$30 / hour

Covers travel and in-store shopping assistance.
Time billed in 30-minute increments after the first hour.
Service available in Seoul area only.
The travel fee is non-refundable, even if the item cannot be purchased.

What sites can you buy from?

We can purchase from any Korean website that accepts domestic payments, including Olive Young, Gmarket, 11st, Coupang, brand direct sites, and many others.

How much do your services cost?

We charge a 10% service fee based on the product value, plus an additional 8% of the item price to cover payment processing and domestic shipping in Korea (usually $2–5). International shipping is billed separately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment is required before we purchase your items from Korean sites.

Can you combine multiple orders?

Yes! We can consolidate purchases from multiple Korean sites into one shipment to save on international shipping costs.

What if products are out of stock?

We'll immediately notify you if any products are unavailable and provide refunds or help you find alternatives. No charges for out-of-stock items.
